The commission was initiated by a prominent Middle Eastern client who sought to honour her daughter using the English Princess Rose—her favourite flower—as a central design motif. Symbolising beauty, heritage, and familial bonds, the rose’s delicate pink hue also happens to be her daughter’s favourite colour. Each embroidered green leaf along the rose’s stem represents a family member, infusing the design with intimate symbolism.

Embroidery as Emotional Expression
The defining feature of Spectre Rose lies in its intricate embroidery. Developed through collaboration between the Bespoke Designer in Dubai and an in-house embroidery artisan at the Home of Rolls-Royce in Goodwood, a new stitching technique was devised specifically for this project. Two pink threads were blended using a satin stitch to create a soft gradient, while the rose head was rendered with a denser stitch to evoke a sculptural, three-dimensional look. The surrounding stem and leaves were embroidered using a flatter tatami stitch, ensuring the flower remains the focal point. The rose motif appears on all four headrests and the rear seat waterfall, making the tribute omnipresent yet elegantly understated.
A Canvas of Contrast and Colour
On the exterior, the car is finished in Arctic White, accentuated by a vivid Peony Pink Coachline—a colour echoed in the wheel pinstripes and centre caps of the 23-inch forged seven-spoke wheels. Inside, Grace White leather seating is contrasted with Black and Peony Pink inserts, piping, and stitching, creating a striking yet harmonious aesthetic. Piano White veneer, Black carpets, and a Black central armrest complete the bespoke cabin’s monochromatic theme.
Private Office Dubai: Where Vision Becomes Reality
This emotionally charged commission was developed through the Rolls-Royce Private Office in Dubai, a sanctuary for Bespoke expression. Like its counterparts in Shanghai, Seoul, New York, and the original in Goodwood, the Dubai Private Office offers a serene, highly personalised setting where clients can collaborate with a Bespoke Designer and Client Experience Manager. It’s a space designed to inspire and realise even the most intricate creative visions.
Through Spectre Rose, Rolls-Royce once again demonstrates how automotive craftsmanship can transcend function—transforming into an enduring symbol of love, legacy, and artistic excellence.
