Huawei has unveiled its new eKit 4+10+N SME Intelligence Solutions at the Huawei eKit Autumn Launch 2025, themed “Together for Growth, All Intelligence.” The initiative is designed to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) overcome barriers to AI adoption and access intelligent solutions that are as simple and essential as electricity or water.
With over 58 million SMEs in China alone, contributing more than 80% of urban jobs and 60% of GDP, Huawei stressed that supporting SMEs’ digital transformation is crucial for long-term economic resilience and global competitiveness.
4+10+N: A Comprehensive AI Framework
The “4+10+N” framework covers:
- Four key scenarios: intelligent office, intelligent business, intelligent education, and intelligent healthcare.
- Ten one-stop solutions: including SME office solutions, intelligent hotel systems, digital diagnosis platforms, and interactive classroom solutions.
- N series of star products: 26 newly launched devices such as the HUAWEI eKitEngine AR180 routers and the latest IdeaHub models, integrating AI conferencing, acoustic baffle technology, and advanced connectivity.
These products come pre-integrated with AI, ensuring quick deployment, easier bundling for different scenarios, and enhanced security for SMEs.
Making Intelligence Accessible
Huawei has restructured its approach from selling standalone products to delivering one-stop, scenario-based solutions. This shift reduces complexity for installers and customers alike, enabling SMEs to adopt intelligent solutions more quickly and effectively.
“Intelligence should be easily accessible as water and electricity. Huawei is ready to help SMEs tackle these challenges and go intelligent faster. No one will be left behind in the intelligent world,” said David Wang, Huawei’s Executive Director of the Board.
Support for Partners and Installers
To further strengthen the ecosystem, Huawei is offering:
- Faster access to resources and demo solutions for partners.
- Scenario-based configuration tools to simplify solution design.
- Unified installation and centralised network management for smoother delivery.
This ensures SMEs benefit from worry-free adoption, while installers and partners can focus on customer success and growth.
Looking Ahead: Huawei Connect 2025
The launch also serves as a prelude to Huawei Connect 2025, themed “All Intelligence,” which will run from 18–20 September in Shanghai. The event will explore AI strategy, technology, and ecosystems, featuring new infrastructure products, industry-specific solutions, and development tools.
