The SME Association of Malaysia (SME Malaysia) and Sunway Hospitality Group have entered into a strategic partnership following the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at Sunway Resort Hotel.
The MoU was signed yesterday afternoon following the conclusion of SME Malaysia’s 12th Council Meeting, marking the beginning of a strategic collaboration aimed at delivering exclusive benefits, preferential privileges and enhanced engagement opportunities for SME Malaysia members.
Strengthening Benefits for SME Malaysia Members
The partnership is intended to provide SME Malaysia members with greater access to hospitality-related privileges, while creating opportunities for stronger engagement between SMEs and Sunway Hospitality Group.
The collaboration will focus on developing initiatives that deliver value to both organisations and the businesses they serve, while strengthening connections between Malaysia’s SME community and the hospitality sector.

The MoU was signed by Dr Chin Chee Seong, National President of SME Malaysia, and Adjunct Professor Alex Castaldi, Chief Executive Officer of Sunway Hospitality Group.
The signing ceremony was witnessed by Dato’ Sri Dr Ricky Yaw Chan Choy, Deputy President of SME Malaysia, and Ireen Chew, Director of Commercial at Sunway Resort Hotel.
