The press conference marked an important milestone in advancing awareness and action towards the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Through recognising impactful initiatives and meaningful projects, JCI Malaysia aims to inspire organisations and individuals to continue contributing towards a more sustainable and inclusive future.
Under the theme “Today. Together. Tomorrow.”, the initiative emphasises that sustainability today goes beyond recycling or environmentally friendly practices. It encompasses how resources are responsibly utilised, how the environment is protected, and how green, liveable smart cities are developed so children can grow and future generations can thrive.
