The Rolls-Royce Cullinan Cosmos redefines automotive artistry with the first-ever hand-painted Starlight Headliner, 160 hours of craftsmanship, and bespoke celestial details commissioned through Private Office Dubai

A Celestial Vision Brought to Life

Rolls-Royce has unveiled the Cullinan Cosmos, a one-of-one creation that celebrates the beauty of space. A family fascinated by astronomy worked with the marque to design an SUV that feels both dramatic and personal. At its centre sits a groundbreaking feature: the first hand-painted Starlight Headliner, created over 160 hours by an in-house artist.

Exterior Palette: Outer Limits

The Cullinan Cosmos wears a shimmering Arabescato Pearl finish, which reflects moonlight across a midnight sky. In addition, a Charles Blue twin coachline sharpens its lines, while the Illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy glows like a star, ensuring the SUV shines both day and night.

Interior Suite: Exploring Inner Space

Inside, the cabin blends calmness with wonder. Reclining seats in Charles Blue and Grace White leather pair with Piano White veneers, evoking the sleek surfaces of satellites. Moreover, a bespoke Star Cluster motif appears on door panels, headrests, and the passenger fascia, adding another cosmic touch that elevates the experience.

Hand-Painted Starlight Headliner: A Rolls-Royce First

For the first time, Rolls-Royce created a fully hand-painted Starlight Headliner. The artist layered more than 20 coats of acrylic paint to illustrate a glowing Milky Way. To achieve the mist effect, they even used a make-up brush, which allowed pigments to settle delicately. Afterwards, fibre-optic lights were hand-punched to merge with the painting, producing a living constellation inside the SUV.

Commissioned Through Private Office Dubai

The commissioning family collaborated with Private Office Dubai, one of Rolls-Royce’s global bespoke hubs. The Cullinan Cosmos arrived in time for a family celebration, turning every drive into a journey through the stars. Ultimately, the project shows how Rolls-Royce transforms visionary ideas into handcrafted reality.
