Following its first public appearance at the Malaysia Autoshow 2025, the iCAUR 03 now takes center stage at the iEXPERIENCE Off-Road Test Drive at 1 Utama. This interactive event invites media and the public to experience the vehicle’s capabilities first-hand on a specially built off-road circuit designed to showcase the model’s performance and engineering excellence

The iCAUR 03 stands out with its distinctive i-BOX design language – characterized by sharp, angular lines, futuristic lighting elements, and an assertive SUV silhouette that hints at both urban sophistication and off-road capability
Built for the Trail
Underpinning its go-anywhere capability is the iROAD system, which includes up to 12 selectable all-terrain drive modes. Coupled with a precision-engineered H-arm multilink rear suspension, the system ensures exceptional control and axle articulation on rugged terrain. A compact yet robust 6-in-1 electric drive module – integrating the Motor Control Unit, Onboard Charger, and Converter – provides seamless, responsive power delivery whether on highways or muddy trails.
Unmatched Safety, Rethought for EVs
iCAUR has taken EV protection to new heights with its iCARE safety system, built around Malaysia’s first all-aluminum monocoque chassis. With 31,812 Nm/deg of torsional rigidity—a figure that surpasses many high-performance sports cars—the chassis not only offers superb crash protection, but also achieves a 30% weight reduction without compromising strength.
Complementing the structure is a 4-layer IPX8 battery armour system, which includes:
- A 10mm hardened aluminum impact shield
- A Mica ceramic thermal barrier with resistance to temperatures over 1000°C
- Two additional protective layers for enhanced thermal and physical defense
This multi-tiered system ensures safety and peace of mind in all driving environments.
