Kuala Lumpur, 14 April 2026 — As countries respond to rising oil prices and fuel shortages, hybrid work arrangements are gaining traction, including measures introduced by the Malaysian Government for civil servants across ministries, agencies, and state-linked companies.

The shift is further supported by a global survey by Zoom, which found that 75% of employees believe their current remote or hybrid work software needs improvement, while 72% are calling for greater investment in new technologies.

In response, Jabra has expanded its hybrid work portfolio with the introduction of the Jabra Evolve3 headset series and the Jabra PanaCast Room Kit, designed to enhance communication, mobility, and scalability across work environments.

Professional Audio Reimagined

The Jabra Evolve3 series addresses ongoing concerns around sound quality in virtual meetings. According to Jabra’s Certification Study (2023), 83% of knowledge workers reported that poor audio impacts online meetings, while 46% still rely on consumer-grade headsets.

Available in two variants, the over-the-ear Evolve3 85 and the on-the-ear Evolve3 75, the series features a boomless design with AI-powered multi-microphone voice pickup. Powered by Jabra ClearVoice and deep neural network technology trained on over 60 million real-world sentences, the system separates speech from background noise to improve clarity.

Both models include adaptive Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), spatial sound, and up to 37 hours of battery life, with a 10-minute fast charge delivering 10 hours of use. They also feature secure Bluetooth Low Energy, Google Fast Pair, and compatibility with leading virtual meeting platforms.

Intelligent Video for Meeting Rooms

Complementing its audio solutions, the Jabra PanaCast Room Kit brings intelligent video capabilities to meeting spaces.

The system includes the Jabra PanaCast 55 VBS video bar, delivering 180-degree panoramic video with AI-powered framing, and the Jabra PanaCast SpeakerMic for even voice capture across rooms. It also features an expandable multi-camera system powered by Huddly Crew technology, enabling dynamic speaker tracking and adaptive framing during meetings.

Designed for plug-and-play deployment, the solution is available in configurations with one, three, or five cameras, allowing organisations to scale according to room size while maintaining a consistent experience.

Supporting the Future of Work

Research conducted by Jabra in partnership with the London School of Economics indicates that 60% of professionals expect voice to become the primary way they interact with workplace technology within the next three years.
