The updates reflect Lotus Cars Malaysia’s continued commitment to growing the brand’s presence in the country and putting more Lotus vehicles on Malaysian roads. To date, more than 300 Eletre and Emeya units have been delivered to customers nationwide.
The Lotus Eletre delivers 450 kW (603 hp) through a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, paired with a 112 kWh battery pack that provides a driving range of up to 580 km.
The Lotus Emeya combines dynamic driving character with refined luxury, advanced aerodynamics and a technology-focused interior.
Enhanced equipment for MY27 models
For the MY27 model year, both models receive an upgrade in standard equipment, introducing features previously available only on higher variants.

Among the standard features are an Active Rear Spoiler, Nappa leather interior seats with dark tri-colour seatbelts, and configurable ambient lighting. Larger wheel packages are available — 22-inch for the Eletre and 21-inch for the Emeya — complemented by Pirelli P Zero tyres and 6-piston brake callipers.
Existing technologies include adaptive air suspension with Continuous Damping Control, KEF premium audio system, four zone climate control, a 29-inch head-up display and matrix LED headlights.
“The introduction of the MY27 Eletre and Emeya reflects our continued commitment to bringing the very best of Lotus’ electric performance vehicles to Malaysia,” said Reza Mutalib, Executive Director of Karrus Automotive Group.
“With more than 300 Lotus electric vehicles now on the road, we are seeing a growing presence for the brand, alongside an expanding community of owners who share a passion for the Lotus driving experience.”
Growing presence and community
With the introduction of the MY27 Eletre and Emeya, Lotus Cars Malaysia continues to strengthen its presence in the country.
In 2025, the Lotus Official Club Malaysia (LOCM) has also grown alongside the expanding Lotus ownership community, bringing owners together through drives, gatherings and community events.
“Lotus ownership has always been about more than just the cars — it’s about the people and the passion behind them,” said Chang Chew Soon, President of Lotus Official Club Malaysia (LOCM).
