Launch Lagenda Privilege Club to Give Back to B40 Segment
KUALA LUMPUR – Lagenda Properties, a pure play affordable homes developer is intent on addressing the underserved B40 segment and giving back to the community.
Its townships are concentrated in secondary towns, targeting the high percentage of B40 groups in these areas. Based on a breakdown of income level, Perak sees 58% of its population falling under the B40 category, with Kedah at 57%. Recently, Lagenda Properties and Bina Darulaman (GLC) inked an MOU to develop affordable housing in Sungai Petani, Kedah, to be launched in 2022, demonstrating a commitment to these underserved areas.
