Alliance Bank Extends Flood Relief Assistance to Customers

Kuala Lumpur – Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad (“Alliance Bank” or the “Bank”) has announced that it has launched a Flood Relief Assistance programme to help individuals and businesses impacted by the flood.

The Bank will extend loan/financing moratorium of up to six months and loan repayment modifications. It will also waive finance and fee charges for selected services such as replacement of debit card and ATM card.

“We understand the emotional and financial strain on the families and businesses impacted by the flood, and want to do our part to help ease some of their financial worries,” said Mr. Joel Kornreich, Group Chief Executive Officer of Alliance Bank. The Bank is also assisting its employees affected by the flood to help them through this stressful time.

Customers impacted by the flood may contact the Bank’s Contact Centre at 03-5516 9988 or their relationship managers directly for assistance. Alliance Bank branches throughout the country, except for the Shah Alam branch, remain open to continue serving its customers.
