MCA To Help Small Businesses Solve Problems
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 24 (Bernama) -- MCA will hold an exhibition and talks in collaboration with SMI Association to discuss and brainstorm the problems and experiences of small businesses.
Its president, Datuk Seri Ong Tee Keat, said MCA's future dialogue partners would include representatives from the small and medium enterprises, Malaysian Retail Chain Association and small traders.
"The party has held discussions in the fourth quarter last year with those organisations on the problems faced by them," said Ong. Ong, who is also transport minister, said this at the SMI Association of Malaysia's Chinese New Year gathering, here Wednesday.
Among them, he said, were banking issues, government policies and challenges faced by Malaysian businessmen. -- BERNAMA
