Establishment of 1 Malaysia HRDF Skills Upgrading Fund for Small & Medium Enterprise
KUALA LUMPUR, March 5 (NIOSH) -- The 1 Malaysia Fund is open to all SME company registered with HRDF and applicable only for Safety and Health Officer Programme .
Other specified condition taken into consideration is each employer can send only one (1) participant and he/she must be a Malaysian.
Only SME company under the MANUFACTURING AND SERVICES SECTOR are accepted.
SME status has to be verified by the SME Corp and company must also be registered with HRDF.
This 1 Malaysia Fund is using the same concept with the SBL scheme that is company must first pay the course fee to NIOSH and claim later with HRDF.
In line with this concept, NIOSH encourages all employers who fulfill the criteria above to register your employee for the SHO Programme with NIOSH before 8th March 2010 (Monday) 12.00pm.
