Membership Development Manager
The incumbent will be responsible in leading a team to acquire new merchant base and grow merchant base. You will also involve in developing strategies in order to build business turnover and maximize revenue. Consistently recommend effective mix of available value-added products and services to merchants.
- Manage existing merchant portfolio, Maintain good rapportand excellent business relationship with existing key merchants to ensure merchant accounts perform and grows at its maximum potential, reduce attrition and suppression.
- Review and consistently evaluate merchant P&L at levels to min expenses and cost in order to stay competitive in the market.
- Be market alert and know the competitor.
- Liaise, coordinate and build rapport with Card Association, Vendors and Business Associates on business operations and expansion activities are in accordance with guidelines / procedures set by the authorities
Requirements:
- Degree, preferably in Business / Marketing or relevant discipline
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for the position
- Preferably Managers specializing in Membership Development Program
- Good communication skill
- Multitask and result oriented
- Able to perform work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines and good tesm player
- Aggressive and proactive, good in planning and organizing
- High level of independence and strong in decision making
